Added /disguise command to disguise as a Cobblemon Pokémon.

Added /disguise level=xx shiny to set level and shiny state.

Added /disguise clear to remove disguise.

Flying-type Pokémon grant flight ability, Water-type grant underwater breathing.

Collision box is synchronized with the disguised Pokémon.

Full server support: disguises persist across rejoin in multiplayer.

Sneak (Shift) after changing model to refresh pose and collision box.

Third-person view is enforced on login and disguise change to prevent crashes in first-person shiny view.
