Polymorphic Extended Crafting

Fix and polymorph+ compatibility :

• Fixed: the recipe preview in Basic tables could stay frozen on the previous craft when inputs changed, requiring the GUI to be closed and reopened. The selector now refreshes immediately.
• Now compatible with Polymorph+, the recommended fork of Polymorph. Polymorph+ adds scrollable conflict lists, a pinnable selector panel, a first-run tutorial overlay, and Crafter recipe lock support.
• Still works with original Polymorph. But don't have both installed at the same time, otherwise you'll crash.
• No gameplay changes, just some QoL thanks to Polymorph+.
