• Remainder: Remember to backup before updating old worlds!
  • Some mods were removed with migration, so some more (minor) content will be lost.
  • If you didn't engage with them or don't mind losing them, you should still make sure to backup everything before updating!
  • There might also be issues caused by world-format changes that caused old worlds to fail.
  • Polymania's bundled mod tries to handle them more gracefully, but there is still chance for it to fail!
  • Old, missing items and blocks will be converted into existing blocks, to try preserving buildings somewhat.

  • Open Sesame - Removed from platforms / No longer maintained.
  • Baby Fat Polymerized - Broken on 26.2.
  • ViaVersion and ViaFabric - No longer needed until 26.3.
