Polar's Mad Tweaks

Fixes & Changes:

• Made several configs require world restart

• Large Fireballs should now hit Ghasts if they ghostlyGhast is enabled.

• Mobs can be hostile towards players that stare at them like Enderman.

• Piglins and Hoglins will not zombify if in a dimension that has a day-night cycle and is at night time. (Since Minecraft Legends and Movie made it seem that way lol)

• Piglins and Illagers hate each other.

• Piglins hate Villagers now.
