• PC access toggle never appeared in /pb even after enabling features.pc-access = true and reloading. The pokebuilder.use.pc permission was checked with hasExplicit(), which requires a permission plugin (LuckPerms etc.) to explicitly grant the node — without one, the check always returned false and the "Switch to PC" button was hidden from everyone, including OPs. Changed to the standard has(player, node, 0) pattern (matches the main pokebuilder.use permission): the per-player gate now defaults to everyone allowed once the feature is on, with admins still able to deny per-player or per-group via LuckPerms if they want VIP-only PC access. The server-side features.pc-access config toggle remains the actual opt-in for whether PC editing is enabled at all.
