Added (admin GUI gap fixes)

• FeaturesAdminGui now exposes the four 1.3.0 features. The Nickname / Friendship / Status Cure / PC Access toggles were only editable by hand-editing config.conf. They're now first-class buttons in the Features admin panel like the other 13. Slot grid extended from 14 to 21 cells (rows 1–3 interior cols) so future features have room without a re-layout.
• PricesAdminGui now exposes the three 1.3.0 prices. Nickname, Friendship: per +10, and Status cure are new rows in the prices paginated list. Same +/- stepper UI as everything else.

• /pokebuilder debug now reports bypass-permission status for the requesting player. Cora-on-SYLX hit the "stars not deducted" issue again — the real root cause was the pokebuilder.bypass.cost permission being granted (almost certainly via a pokebuilder.* wildcard on her admin group in LuckPerms). Every transaction was recorded as tier=bypass multiplier=0 Cost=0 in the audit log, which IS the system working as designed: bypass means free. The debug command now prints a red bypass.cost = true ← every purchase is FREE for this player line, plus a one-liner LuckPerms fix command, so this self-diagnoses in 2 seconds instead of requiring audit-log archaeology.

Notes for server operators

• If your players' currency isn't being deducted, run /pokebuilder debug as the affected player. If bypass.cost = true appears in red, somewhere in your permission setup that node is granted (most commonly via a pokebuilder.* wildcard on the admin/op group). Fix with:

  /lp user <name> permission set pokebuilder.bypass.cost false
  /lp user <name> permission set pokebuilder.bypass.cooldown false
  

  …or apply the same negation at group level. Better long-term: avoid pokebuilder.* wildcards entirely and grant individual nodes.
• The new admin toggles for Nickname / Friendship / Status Cure / PC Access take effect live — disabling Friendship in the GUI immediately hides the button from /pb and refuses any inbound transaction.
