- Remade everything for new pmweather code structure
- /storm spawning commands are COMPLETELY uncapped
- Fixed Blockstrength Tooltips not updating with custom config values
- Wind no longer damages you when in a vehicle
- Added flammable block tooltip
- Added fire risk to weather station
- Turned off Enhanced Lightning by default. (Be aware that lightning starts wildfires)
