- Fixed size multiplier only affecting the shader
- Added back windspeed based lightning frequency ( storm specific lightning bias still exists)
- reduced precip bias impact
- All storm bias/multipliers are printed to the log at storm initiation
- implemented new pmweather chunk loading methods
- slowed down storm revival
- storms far from the player no longer revive
- storms now have to reach a windspeed of 75 MPH to have a chance to revive
- Implemeted latest pmweather squall shader changes
