- Added and unknown tornado shape if you know there is a observed tornado but not sure of the size / shape
- All threats (on the EAS command) now expire after a period of time
- Changed some text and color coded some more text in the threat name
- Added being able to report damage in chat
- Added sounds for SOME warnings (not all of them)
