PMW advanced observatory
In addition to the rain gauge, this mod adds temperature, wind speed, humidity, wind radar, and current weather information. You need Protomanly Weather version 0.16.4 ~ 0.17.0 or later to use this mod.

- We have added a setting that determines how many seconds of heavy rain must continue before a warning is issued.
- We have slightly increased the baseline precipitation rate in mm/h. This will result in a slight increase in the number of instances where heavy rain is detected.
- Added a setting for the cloud detection range This determines whether the sky is cloudy. A lower value should result in smoother operation.
- We reduced the detection range of the radar block that retrieves SST data from 32 to 8. We also set the update interval to be three times slower.
