PlusTiC Reforged

This release performs a few small improvements to the naming of certain things:

• Renames various traits, as some were politically/culturally insensitive, and others I felt could use a more positive vibe
• Replaces all mentions of MineFactory Reloaded with Industrial Foregoing

Notice: existing worlds will generate an error stating that an entity previously loaded could not be found. This can be safely ignored, as the entity was only generated as a part of a trait that had been renamed.
