PlusTiC Reforged

This release performs the following changes:

• Adds support for Applied Energistics
• Adds partial support for Botania
• Fixes the contrast of the textures
• Fixes various descriptions

PlusTiC Reforged still only has a small number of features that were available in the original PlusTiC version. Please be patient as the mod is further developed!

Known Issues:

• Some of the modifiers (traits) have been implemented only in name, but the effects have not been ported.
• The handle material stats are not yet balanced, as Tinkers' Construct 3 changed the stats system. (Help wanted!)
