Made internal changes to support Folia

Optimizations:
- The update checker no longer blocks the server’s main thread during startup, improving startup time (especially on slow internet connections)
- If multiple players run
/playtime --topat the same time, the leaderboard is now calculated once and then shown to everyone who ran the command. Leaderboard's cache duration has also been lowered from 3 seconds to 2 seconds.
