Player Relay

• Host peer connections - Allows hosts to connect to other peers, enabling larger networks where relays connect to each other
• Relay version checking - Prevents connecting to incompatible versions
• Player List Offset - New config option to move the player list
• Config command - Quickly open config screen with the config command

• Display some errors and warnings in chat for easier troubleshooting
• Fixed packets repeatedly circulating through network
