Player Pressure Plates

Modified jar of 1.0.2 to remove minecraft version restriction (and so no sources or dev jars). No real testing done because I can't use my proper computer at the moment (hence pre-release status) but the game does seem to launch. Next version will most likely experiment to find the earliest possible fabric api version i can get away with.
