Player Movement Abilities

Adds some player movement abilities to give you more freedom to traverse the world. To enable:

/tag (name) add NewMovement

Select one of the last 3 slots in the hotbar and crouch. 6 is Double Jump. 7 is Dash. 8 is BackDash.
