Minecraft 26.2 support

• Ported the mod to Minecraft 26.2.
• Updated Fabric Loader to 0.19.3.
• Updated Fabric API to 0.152.2+26.2.
• Updated Fabric Loom and Gradle setup for the 26.2 branch.
• Updated Plasmo Voice dependency to fabric-26.2-2.1.10.

Voice changer improvements

• Added a Bit Crush effect slider for lo-fi / retro voice effects.
• Bit Crush is saved in custom presets and supports English, Russian, and Ukrainian translations.
• Improved pitch shifting range: the usable pitch range is now wider and slider dead zones were removed.
• Kid preset pitch now works fully instead of being silently clamped.

Studio / UI fixes

• Reset now returns the voice to a neutral profile with audible mix, so changing sliders after reset is heard immediately.
• Removed the extra reset chat message.
• Fixed untranslated Plasmo Voice hotkey entry: pvvoicechanger.toggle.
