Pi's Cosmetics
Adds a custom renderer using Gecklib that allows cosmetics to be rendered on players, including animation and custom particle support. Also has support for key items from Cobblemon addons.

- Optimised the detection of movement states relevant to particle emission and animation playback
- Fixed a bug where every custom animation on cosmetics rendered for every single piece regardless of wearer movement, based on client's movements
- Fix a bug where some particle triggers were not working.
