Pi's Cosmetics
Adds a custom renderer using Gecklib that allows cosmetics to be rendered on players, including animation and custom particle support. Also has support for key items from Cobblemon addons.

- Fixed piscosmetics items having an upside down icon in inventory
- Fixed incorrect holdover from old tutorial that mistakenly told users to not use folder names when specifying model and texture paths
- Fixed emissive layers not attaching to the model
- Hopefully fixed a rare bug where after using /reload cosmetics could disappear randomly until the next use of /reload
- Removed an old redundant file
