Optimizations & Fixes

• World Reload Reliability: Improved how pipes restore extraction settings, upgrades, and custom extraction frequency after leaving and re-entering a world, so configured pipes remain more consistent across sessions.
• Setting Persistence: Custom extraction frequency is now kept more carefully when saving the world, including cases where related options are later changed.
• Multiplayer Sync: Extraction frequency and Transfer Correction settings are synchronized more reliably between the server and other players.
• Interface Stability: The extraction frequency input in the pipe GUI is more tolerant of unusual input, reducing the chance of the screen failing to respond.
