Implemented gunpowder as a dust
Pills
Added new gunpowder pills
A new random pill was made sort of. You can combine a dust and binder and some combination will give you a random amount from ALL pills (for now will change in the future)
Pill Cauldron
Fixed the loot table and now requires a pickaxe to break!
