Major update to Neoforge 1.21.1
Kubejs Botany pots is listed under MIT license as per https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/kubejs-botany-pots and should thus be allowed in modpacks. The creator also does not state anywhere that they do not want it used in packs.
Mystical Extended Tier (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/mystical-extended-tier) states "You can use the mod on your modpack , but you can't repost the mod on an another website !" I am not redistributing the mod I am just using it in a modpack so it should be allowed.
The aewireless_resources.zip resource pack is bundled with/derived from the official AE Wireless Transceiver mod (/mod/ae-wireless-transceiver) by xiaopiao and is licensed MIT and the resource pack was added officially by the author as mentioned in the changelog: “Added a texture pack closely matching the AE2 style”.
