⚙️ Installation

For the datapack to WORK, you need to install the MIDWUT(click) core datapack!
Don't forget to download the resourcepack from the Version Files

Please know that the datapack is not adapted for survival at the moment.

📖 About

This datapack is an engine that adds many mechanics to physical vehicles. It includes several vehicles by default and has add-on support.

Mechanics included:

• A physical body on which forces can act, having linear and angular velocities and a quaternion of rotation.
• Vertex and Vertex-OBB collision.
• Sounds and their settings.
• Wheels with suspension.
• Tire simulation using the Pacejka magic formula.
• Engine with RPM, gearbox with gear ratios.
• Seats with modifiers.
• Inheritance of part transformation by parts.
• Player input channels on the seats.
• Cannon and sight.
• Armor colliders with components.
• Vehicle Dashboard and User Settings.

Driving cars without downloading:

I have a MC server with all vehicle packs and an excellent processor. Join the discord server for more information in the info-инфа channel.

MIDWUT Crafting Station

In the MIDWUT Crafting Station, you will find the main datapack tab and the pack tabs (if installed). Some vehicles have their own tabs with all the skins. For the ZAZ-968, you can select the skin and mode using the buttons.

📚 Wiki

It doesn't exist yet. In-game documentation for vehicles control and a github wiki for add-ons are planned...
Right now, my discord server has the necessary information on the control various vehicles.
In short, from the information from the server:

• The command to give the vehicle: function physical_vehicles:give/<NAME> {skin:"",mode:""}
• W accelerator, S brake, Ctrl (sprint key) clutch.
• Press F once (swap hands), use the mouse wheel to change gear, and press F again to confirm.
• Start the car engine with the key in the seat UI.

❔ FAQ

• Q: How many cars can the world handle?
  A: It depends on the power of one core of your processor, because all calculations are performed in single thread. With my Intel Core i5-6500 processor, the flat world can handle 3 vehicles before the tps drops.
• Q: Will an automatic transmission be added?
  A: Maybe later. I don't like the automatic transmission and I don't aspire to it. The primary tasks are to complete the mechanics for the main vehicle types: ships, planes and helicopters.
