Petting - Tame any mob!

• Configurable Pet Armor: Added petBaseArmor and petBaseArmorToughness to allow pets to have increased defense even without wearing armor.
• Forced Equipment Slots: Added alwaysShowEquipmentSlots config option which, when enabled, allows any tamed mob to use Armor and Hand slots in their inventory UI.
• Implemented a transient attribute modifier system for pets that updates in real-time as configuration changes.
• Improved PetInventoryUtil to support forced inventory layouts.
• Centralized pet attribute updates within the entity tick procedure for better reliability.
