Added Cotton Candy Stari. Has a 50% chance of giving Levitation II for 5 seconds to the enemies it hits. When killing an enemy, it leaves a Cotton Candy Puff that will give Resistance II for 4 seconds to any ally that walks into it.

Fixed Spiky not working.
