Polish patch on top of the May 2026 Bloom release.

• Cosmetic picker: every cosmetic is now legible in the picker grid; weapons (Wizard Quill, Magic Wand, Tea Cup, etc.) are no longer clipped above the tile
• Pet shake fix: pets actually sit still during idle/sit/look instead of micro-quivering toward the player's input jitter
• New mood/animation system: storm halo spins, clockwork collar's gear turns, propeller pack spins, pets play one-shot animations on interact / level-up / sleep
• 5 cosmetic texture fixes (cropped artist spritesheets)
• New cosmetics: Heart Monocle 2x, Pixel Visor, three trail textures
• Multiplayer polish: cleaner cross-server presence matching
• Pet dismiss toggle that survives a relog
