Permanent effects

Fixed the leaving team item.

Fixed a bug where if you were looking at the ground and tried to join the team you would just place it down.

Now you can't interact with blocks when holding the team join-er (I dunno what to call it), but unlike one of the attempts, you don't get struck in adventure mode.
