Peritia means "skill" in Latin. This is a library to implement passive skills into Minecraft.
Peritia is a library mod for implementing passive skills, meaning that skills are leveled up by other actions such as breaking blocks, fishing, etc. The library is JSON driven, no Java code is required to add more content.
