Percy's Display Kit

Changes:

• Increments with which the Shard of Scale scales have been halved.
• When holding a tool from this datapack in the mainhand and a tool from this datapack in the offhand, the displays no longer perform both actions and instead prioritise the item in the mainhand.
• The black lines on the Map of Mimicry now turn purple when data is written to it.

Fixes:

• The Map of Mimicry didn't copy transformations correctly when held in the offhand, this is now fixed.
