Peculiar Peppers

FIXED:

• Hot Sauce couldn't be drank at any time; it had to be drank when the player could legitimately eat (not if the hunger bar was full), even if it gave the player 0 hunger/saturation when drank
• Cheese Wedge and Shredded Cheese tooltip lore changed to "Removes..and..effects" for accuracy's sake

IMPROVED:

• Bonemealing Peppers should yield faster growth now
• Chance of a Mild Chili Pepper dropping from a fully-grown Pepper plant is now 5% (was 2%); each level of Fortune on the held tool used to harvest increases this chance by 1.25% per (chance of a Mild Chili Pepper from a Pepper plant one stage away from being fully-grown is still 50%)
