Peculiar Peppers

Bugfixes all across the board that have been pointed out:

• Salt and Pepper Shakers weren't initially craftable at all
• High-Quality Chili wasn't shapeless
• Mild Chili Peppers couldn't be consumed
• The forge:crops/vegetables tag was incorrect; now it's forge:vegetables as it should have been
• Chili Dog made with HQ chili restores 1 more hunger point than normal
  • Chili Cheese Dog made with HQ chili restores 2 more hunger points than normal
  • Saturation is still the same for both

Couple of other changes:

• All pepper crops now use the crop model as opposed to the cross (flower) model
• Enderman can no longer randomly pick up pepper crops
• Sea Salt (from refurbished_furniture) can now also be dumped into an empty bottle for a Salt Shaker
