Peaceful Crafting

Removed recipe for shulker shells (shulkers still spawn in end cities which i did not know before updating this)

Recipe changes:

• added 2 diamond blocks to the nether star recipe to "add a bit to the challenge"
• changed 4 of the charcoal needed for the wither skulls into coal blocks as it was a bit too cheap
