- Remove "active" animation type, fixes running animation bug.

- MK23 single fire buff, 4.0 -> 5.0 damage
- MK23 starts in single fire mode
- Added block hit particles to the ProjectileBulletEntity, scales based on damage.
- Fixed a crash that could sometimes occur when grabbing items from creative menus and left clicking quickly after
