Pasta's Server-side Cobblemon Experience v2

(I probably should've called the previous update 5.1.0, but I didn't so I'm using it now instead.)

Tweaks:

• Updated some mods.
• Re-configured the Cobblemon Unchained settings for KO:s and captures to match how they were in v1 of the modpack, as Pokésnacks didn't grant you as much control over IV:s as I thought they would. This also includes shiny chains, not just IV:s.

Removed mods:

• Lucky's Wardrobe: Has had issues when used as layered equipment since it was added, with no signs of being fixed anytime soon, if ever. Might be re-added if the problems are ever patched.

New mods:

• Copycats+ aeronautics weight
• Create Aeronautics: Compatibility
• Expanded Bow Enchantings
• Expanded Mace Enchantings
• Furniture with create and sable compat
• Sizable Foliage
