Pasta's Cobblemon Experience v2

Tweaks:

• Updated Leawind's Third Person mod to current beta version (it now supports Cobblemon mounts), but since it's still in beta, it is still disabled by default.
• Updated Wakes Reforged as it got an update shortly after I released 5.0.1, and this version has significant performance improvements.
• Tweaked the default config for Xaero's Minimap so that teleporting to waypoints is disabled (can be tweaked in the config, and admin teleporting through the world map is still enabled).

New mods:

• Borderless Window: As one of my testers have had problem with performance when using this mod in the past, I've left it disabled by default.
• Jade Sable Compat
• Perspective API: New dependency for Leawind's Third Person (disabled by default)
• Sable: Physics Compat

Other notes:

• New optional resource pack: Aseprite Font
