Minor update - bug fixes, config screen, and update checker.

HELLO!!! I'M BACK! I won't be able to do many updates on the mod right now due to insufficient free time available to me, but you can trust on some quality updates being in the works! Thank you for your patience.

This one is a taste of the quality I like to put into my work. Expect more soon. (-ish...)

• Update Checker - Notifies you on the title screen and in chat when a new version is available, with a direct link to Modrinth (both can be disabled in config, speaking of which...)
• Cloth Config Screen! - Replaced the placeholder config screen with a proper scrollable GUI (requires Cloth Config)
• Config Tooltips - Hover over any config option for a description of what it does
