- Complete spirit tablet rework! They now let you access shrines remotely instead of being arbitrarily large hallows.

- you can give unbound allays items
- hallows are now maintained when blocks fall
- condensed smelting transfusion recipe display
- mobs now only mine at their level or higher (without block or position filters)
- transfusion recipes for prismarine crystals, crying obsidian, amethyst shard, lapis, and mycelium
- transfusion recipes for abyssal decor materials
- hopefully fixed some bugs around chunkloading and dimension travel
- made positive binding cost 2x instead of 3x negative
- positive and negative binding stats displayed separately in JEI/EMI
- transfusing blocks now actually maintains block state
- more thoroughly wipe prior Familiar abilities when getting a new one
- spirits no longer yell at you for sleeping while you have an Implement and the multiple-Implement config is enabled
