- added block of raw meat and block of rotten flesh to make flesh shrines easier in vanilla
- fixed spirit tablets not being able to bind mobs
- made positive bindings actually require 2x influence instead of 3x, as JEI claims
- made mobs able to break blocks below them if they have item or block filters
