Fixed force-generation edge case where stale structures.yml entries could make TP report success without placing structure.
/ovstructures tp now regenerates structure even on already-marked chunks to recover broken/legacy locations.
Keeps 1.0.4/1.0.5 fixes: cleaner chunk-edge terrain shaping, cabin/interior fixes, loot reliability, and vanilla locate fallback.
