- require_heated now ignore heated_metals tagged items
- Added new configs for modifying tools' mining speed per quality
- Leather armors that spawn from loot chests won't have quality anymore
- Disabled the custom config screen entirely due to it just being a pain to actually make work + the problems it brought
- Fixed bugs related to forging recipe and qualityless forging (setting count to be larger than 1 won't make you unable to forge anymore)
