like reworked the entire mod atp

• perkeos knockback works for everyone, also you can enchant it with knockback
• wind charges (from faithful mace) work in dispensers
• override hotbar power exists...? well it works now
• can use BarResource, BarStepOverride (1-13), and BarColor (hex code as string) on any item to change how the item bar displays
• ticking entity power type (you can assume)
• parry and reflect damage work for players now
• temporary cobwebs from origins now last 30 seconds instead of 3
• fixed incompatibility with axiom
• added ✨ command for me and me only
• open steam game entity action 🥀
• the max health attribute now updates at a reasonable rate so i can play ultrakill origin
  • as a minor side effect all log files are now 2 quintillion GB if you have spark i think (should probably fix that)
• the version doesnt work because i put a symbol in it
  • nvm i have to change it bc modrinth failed to validate my version number
• removed the shutdown entity action and relevant packet as thats like a huge security risk 🥶 now the "chat filtering" is purely client side
