Origins Legacy: NeoForged

This is the initial release of the unofficial port of Origins: Legacy to NeoForge 1.21.1.

• Resolved multiplayer disconnects when players join LAN worlds and open the origin selection screen.
• Addressed client-side visual fire overlay glitches.
• Registered the missing power-restricted recipe serializer, allowing custom origin-specific recipes (such as Arachnid web crafting) to function properly.
