Origins: Elytrazian

This data pack adds a new Origin called the Elytrazian that is a 'cousin' to the Elytrian.

This data pack REQUIRES the Origins mod, and will probably only work with the most recent alpha version (Origins 1.13.0 Alpha 12). It may or may not work with prior alphas (there are some changes to the way the json is parsed, in different alpha versions).

It has all the same powers, except you can launch into the air every 20 seconds instead of 30, and you do not take fall damage or flight damage for flying into things.

It was made for a private server, but I'm sure others would enjoy the slight modifications to the Elytrian.
