(Impact 2)
"I tell you, truly, sir, that artificer has gone mad. He first took over the aerodrome and has now created a dreadful contraption of pistons and engines from parts of aircraft. They have eight limbs that move on their own accord, eight eyes fixated with bright brimstones. It was designed in the case of war breaking out, but all it knows of is war."
Introducing the Arachnium origin! An Impact 2 origin themed around a steampunk, mechanical spider thirsting for blood! With lore, advancements, movement, and combat, the only thing stopping you from taking over a server is you!
Powerlist
Constraint
Copper wires that weave around your victims' body, slowing them down and occasionally piercing them. These are ejected following Prowess.
Pressure Prowess
Fit with long copper legs with pipes scattered throughout, you can let the steam come out at any force you desire. While sprinting on a block, you charge up a resource that, once full, allows you to jump high into the air. This puts you into the state of Prowess. During this period, you can pause your movement and dash three times; this stage ends when you hit the ground.
Chest of Cogs
A heart made of cogs that is constantly turning, beside it is empty space. You can use this space to store items, some items even give certain buffs.
Oxidation
Because the copper that makes up your body has not been waxed, it will oxidise over time. As your body oxidises, you begin to move more slowly until you are unable to sprint, and then you find yourself exhausting. You can scrape this with an axe, and so can other players.
Mechanical Nature
Unfit for extreme moisture or heat, your mechanical body deteriorates in either situation. When on fire, you slow down dramatically and take more damage when wet.
Dependencies
This datapack does require the Origins Mod.
Additional
This origin was created with a friend, their origin will be released soon. The origins were loosely inspired by ULTRAKILL and the advancements will prove that.
