Fixed an issue where item data was abnormally lost when players logged into a remote server and opened the creative inventory interface in creative mode.

Fixed an issue where, under extreme circumstances, some item models failed to load when entering the game for the first time.

Added a configuration field to control the fixed synchronization frequency of item capability data from the server to the client.
