Well, it makes every ore spawn more in the overworld to the point that you won't find stone ever

But will I get more diamonds?

well probably yes but it'll be a lot more annoying to mine through all the ores instead of stone. Oh and emeralds still only spawn in mountain biomes...

And also it doesn't do the nether...

Why would I install this? Like ever?

I DONT KNOW. you'll never find stone or deepslate and this wont be in a big survival world, it'll be fun for like 10 minutes.
