Changed the Stab Shot height to y = 319

this was supposed to be in v9.5 but I figured it out like after 24 hrs of trial and error after v9.0 was released

rest assured, the stab shot will spawn at world height and still penetrate till bedrock and speed is also increased by a bit
(probably not that noticable but try to see if you can notice it) :D

now I guess I can safely say that this is as good as the original orbital cannon (probably)
