Optimized Utilities

Optimized Utilities release #1 for version 26.2! In addition to adding all the cool sulfer related things, this Minecraft version implemented the Vulkan renderer, which is much newer and faster compared to OpenGL. This release is stable, and you should see higher and more stable FPS! If there's something wrong with the modpack, let me know by joining the Discord and pinging Zephyrus. While this release is stable, a lot of mods still aren't updated for 26.2 or the Vulkan renderer, so I'll be releasing another version after those update. Have fun!
