Optimized Ultrium

This Modpack optimizes Minecraft so much, litraly a potato could run it. Get´s incredible performance with and without Shaders even at a 64 Chunk render Distance. This mod achieves this by using all kinds of Optimization mods, an LOD Rendering mod called Voxy and optimizing settings. The only downside is that it is a Single player only. The Shader is deactivated by default but can be easily Activated. Note that not every Shader is compadible with this modpack so i would just use the pre-installed one.
