Optical v0.4.1 for 26.1.x

• Bumped Optical 26.1 to v0.4.1 and added wiki to 26.1 metadata
• Fixed freecam activation to match the player’s current view angle
• Fixed 2nd/3rd-person freecam offsets to use view direction
• Fixed creative freecam speed, camera FOV, and first-person hand mixin targets for 26.1
• Improved freecam cleanup when disabling, disconnecting, or switching states
• Centralized freecam camera rotation syncing for smoother, safer movement
• Hardened 26.1 hand rendering mixins using renderHandsWithItems
• Made hand rendering, HUD, name tag, view bob, keybind, and lightmap mixins fail more safely
• Added tighter mixin method descriptors to improve stability
